Instead we get this.thing that I don't even know how to describe it because it doesn't really behave like anything in the real world. It'd be nice if the boss aimed for a similar feel. Some of the most fun I've had in this game is when I'm facing off against an entire squadron of fighters, desperately trying to get a lock on one without leaving myself open to the others. Maybe something like having to take down three superpowered aeros that can maneuver like Schwalbes but have Zulu-tier health. You’ll want to retreat here if you’re critically low on health, armor or ammo. The air phase should be like an amped-up dogfight, in my opinion. The final boss robots can’t reach or shoot you down in these sections. It's maybe a little static - once you figure out how to deal with it, I doubt you'll have trouble again. There's a small selection of standard enemies, then the ground phase is like dealing with some really powerful ground defenses. I feel like the last level ought to be a recap of the entire game, and it's really quite close. I have to admit that the final boss is pretty disappointing, design-wise. Or, y'know, if it fought like an enemy aero instead of like some weird helicopter with a flak mounted on top. Honestly I feel like this fight would be a lot more fun if the Typhon just sent you into a stall on contact, like hitting an enemy aero does. Non-IR AA missiles *can* hit it if it doesn't decide to move while they're in-flight, so I guess I could just ditch the turbo micros and IRMRs in favor of the Longbow, and spend the entire fight outside of 1000 distance, slowly pelting it down.but surely that's not the intended strategy? Plus it'd make the first phase (clearing enemy aeros and the ground defenses) kind of a pain, especially given that you can't switch loadouts mid-mission right now. That's sufficient to deal with all of the normal missions and the first two phases of the last island.but the turbo micros don't seem to do any damage, I can't seem to get an IR lock (not that I expect the IR missiles to do much damage either), and of course the thing's far too mobile for rockets to hit it. I prefer to fly the Schwable with turbo micros, AA-IRMRs, the Estoc rockets, and flares. The thing is *fast* and big enough that I can't reliably dodge out of the way of its charges. So far each of my fights has ended because I made the mistake of getting within ~400 distance and it decided to move directly towards me. Its flak is no big deal what's killing me is that the dang thing keeps flying into me, which is an instant kill. Through the second component of your final boss, the master of chaos, move to the left side of your field and the boss., Swordigo Cheats for the iPhone - iPad. I'm having serious trouble with the aerial phase of the final boss.
